It helps build very strong constructions and also facilitates heat insulation.” When tufa stones are used, there is no need for iron, coating or paint, he said. “After the application, the stones clasp together day by day, making the construction stronger. This stone also has a color that changes in accordance with the season. We shape them through manual labor and create 60-centimeters-thick walls.” “However, in the past few years, those that are at the upper segment in income have shown great interest in our projects,” he said. “Up to now, we have conducted 90 percent of our sales to customers that live in Istanbul. Five percent of the demand came from İzmir and another 5 percent came from abroad.” Residences within the project are being sold for between 225,000 and 350,000 euros. The usable space ranges between 110 square meters and 150 square meters, while gardens range between 200 square meters and 250 square meters. The company has completed 130 residences and aims to deliver 24 residences to owners this year.
